Customer Service is available from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday (US Mountain Time).  We promise we'll answer your call in person, or, should everyone be tied up, the first available person will return your call.  We're striving to answer every call in three rings ... 

Naturally, fax and e-mail are available 24 hours a day ... you can expect a response within 30 minutes during business hours.

Just pick up the phone and dial that toll free number above.  We'll get all of the information and process your order immediately. For larger quantities, special sizes or products, or custom printing, etc.,  just give us a call.   We'll get back to you within 4 hours with the prices and details. Yes, we time each one - 95% of our quotes are done under 4 hours.  We're striving to make that 100%.

Order Quantities
There are no minimum order quantities.  Buy only what you need ... pay for what you get! There are no maximums either!!  But, you may qualify for a significant discount based on larger order quantities.  Ask your Customer Service Rep for special pricing information.

How to Pay

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card on all purchases.  Naturally we also welcome cash or checks.  We also accept corporate purchase orders with prior approval. Custom orders may require a deposit at order time. Call us for special pricing information.

Terms
For our business customers, we offer net 30 day terms. Please fax us your credit information to open an account. All prices are FOB Longmont, Colorado, except custom orders.  Custom orders may be quoted with delivered-to-your-door prices, at your request.  Please call for other shipping information.
